My entire experience with Window World was pleasantly, stress free. This was the fourth company I had come to my home to give me an estimate. When the sales rep., David, came to my house he was on time, others were not, and presented the company products professionally, not trying to downgrade his competition. Less than a week later another rep. came to my house and took exact measurements of the windows and sliding glass door I wanted replaced. Approximately 4 weeks later the installers, Doug and Charlie, were here to complete the job. They were no nonsense, talented carpenters. They took the old windows and door out and installed the new ones without a hitch. My home was then cleaned up inside and out. In conclusion, I want to thank everyone involved at Window World, for making this an enjoyable experience.
